Among its notable features are intelligent water management, through the collection of rainwater, a tank, and a borehole for irrigation, as well as the use of permeable pavements that facilitate drainage. The park's vegetation is predominantly composed of native species, such as holly, strawberry tree, and cork oak, which contributes to increased biodiversity and a more balanced environment.
