Inside, the ceiling in a false depressed barrel vault, made of wood, adds an element of architectural interest, evoking a Mannerist style and, in certain details, the Rococo style.

The white interior walls contrast with a blue painted wainscot, creating an atmosphere of calm and contemplation. This straight-format altarpiece integrates a central oval-profile niche, where the image of the patron saint, Santa Bárbara, is located. The background of the niche is painted green with golden stars, a symbolic detail that enriches the composition. At the base of the altarpiece, a tabernacle with a Borromini-style finial and a door decorated with the chalice and host emphasizes the religious function of the place. Laterally, two consoles house imagery, contributing to the devotional dimension of the chapel.
