The Garden of Music is a tribute to the Rosado Pinto family, with a significant legacy in the culture and arts of Setúbal. The space celebrates the memory of Maria Adelaide Rosado Pinto, a notable musicologist, concert pianist, pedagogue, and poet, born in this city in 1913. It also pays tribute to her father, Celestino Lima Rosado Pinto, a pianist, organist, cellist, and composer, born in Setúbal in 1872, recognised as one of the most prominent artistic figures of his time in the region.
