Alegro Setúbal is strategically positioned in the Azeda urbanisation, within the city of Setúbal. This location allows it to enjoy scenic views of the Arrábida Mountain Range and the Sado estuary, distinctive elements of the local landscape.

Its integration into the urban area of Setúbal was planned to respect and enhance its surroundings, establishing a fluid connection with the city. The project included a significant landscape and urban requalification that benefited the entire adjacent area.

Inaugurated in 2014, Alegro Setúbal represented a significant moment for the region, being the first modern shopping centre to open its doors in the Setúbal area.
