Built in the early 20th century, this building is a landmark of eclectic architecture in Portugal.
Inaugurated in 1907, it was mainly used for cinema, theater and dance, being one of the liveliest places in Setúbal at the time.
The interior was decorated by José Maria Pereira Júnior, a local artist, with a set known as "A Green Dream".
In the 70s, despite changes in ownership, the original structure and historical facade were maintained.
