The Municipal Exhibition Pavilion is located in Moita, in the Bairro do Juncalinho, an area integrated into the urban fabric of the locality. Its location at Largo Dr. Joaquim Marques Elias places it at a recognized point in the town, easy to identify and integrated into the daily life of the community. This positioning facilitates its function as a center for revitalization and meeting.
Inaugurated on May 22, 1992, this pavilion was conceived with a clear vision: to be a pillar in promoting the economic potential of the municipality of Moita and the surrounding region. Since its opening, it has played a fundamental role as a space dedicated to commercial and industrial exchange, reflecting local dynamism and productive capacities. Its creation marked an important step in the development of event infrastructure in Moita.
The building features a structure designed for adaptability, distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a vast area of 1441 square meters, ideal for hosting large-scale exhibitions, whether commercial or industrial. Additionally, on the upper floor, a gallery of 328 square meters offers additional space, expanding exhibition possibilities. In addition to the exhibition areas, the pavilion has several multipurpose rooms and support facilities, designed for holding colloquia, meetings, and other events, emphasizing its multifunctionality and capacity to host various types of events.
