This green space is situated in the Quinta do Outeiro urbanisation, in the locality of Arrentela, Seixal municipality. The park is located on an elevation known as Alto Dona Ana, benefiting from a strategic position that establishes a visual connection with the surrounding area, namely with the place where the old Mundet cork factory once stood.

Panoramic Views

With an altitude of 28 metres above sea level, the park offers visitors a series of privileged observation points. From these locations, it is possible to enjoy unobstructed views over the Seixal Bay, as well as the Tagus estuary and the Lisbon skyline. The unfolding landscape invites contemplation and recognition of the region's unique geography.

Regenerated Natural Environments

Covering an area of 5.3 hectares, the park exemplifies a landscape regeneration project. As one walks through it, one discovers the recovery of old orchards and olive groves, as well as the enhancement of a woodland area with native species such as cork oaks and common oaks. Along the paths that wind through the space, visitors will find tables and resting areas designed for repose. A naturally configured amphitheatre and an entrance square complement the infrastructure, providing settings for various outdoor activities.

Leisure and Active Recreation

The park incorporates a variety of equipment designed for leisure and recreation, organically distributed throughout its extent. These include elements such as swings, a climbing rock, a slide, hammocks, and trampolines. Additionally, there is an adventure park offering a set of platforms interconnected by different balance challenges, suitable for various ages. It is important to note that some of these facilities have been adapted to be accessible to people with reduced mobility, promoting an inclusive experience for all visitors.
