The Liberty Garden is located in the Liberty Neighborhood, in the locality of Couço, belonging to the municipality of Coruche. A Symbol of Liberty

This garden was created to mark the memory and values of April 25th. Its inauguration, on April 24th, was part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Carnation Revolution. During this event, children from the community actively participated, symbolically "planting" red carnations, made by themselves, on the lawn. This gesture transformed the space into a living testament to the spirit of April 25th and the importance of cherishing freedom in daily life.

The Civic and Community Value

The name "Liberty Garden" was not chosen by chance; it was given with the purpose of reminding that freedom is a value that must be constantly cultivated and cared for.
