The Misericórdia Museum of Porto is located in the heart of the historic center of Porto, situated on Rua das Flores, one of the city's most emblematic streets.
The building was the headquarters of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia do Porto from the 16th century until 2013. The institution has a long history of social and religious support.

In 2016, the museum acquired the work "The Holy Family with Saint John the Baptist, Saint Elizabeth, and Angels" by Josefa de Óbidos, reinforcing the artistic value of its collection.
The museum's exhibitions are divided into several thematic rooms, where visitors can explore different aspects of the institution's history and art, such as the Church Room and the Dispatch House.
