Canide (North) Beach is located on the Canidelo coastline, within the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia, in the district of Porto. It is an oceanic beach bathed by the Atlantic waters and is part of an extensive and continuous sandy stretch. Its position offers wide views of the sea and the coastline. Although part of an urban area, the beach maintains a strong connection to nature. Avenida Beira Mar (Seaside Avenue) runs along this seafront and features a cycle path, inviting relaxing strolls by the ocean. To the south, the beach is demarcated by a pier, which distinguishes it from neighbouring bathing areas.
