This green space was born from the transformation of a previously undeveloped plot of land, converting it into a modern and welcoming garden. With an area of about five thousand square meters, Jardim Senhora do Porto was designed as a meeting, socializing, and leisure point for the community and for those visiting the city. It represents a continuous effort to enrich the offer of public green spaces, promoting a higher quality of urban life.

The design of Jardim Senhora do Porto intelligently integrates nature into the built environment. The project took into account ecological and landscaping performance, seeking to ensure environmental comfort and efficient management of natural resources.

The garden's design was conceived to promote interaction and well-being for its visitors. Visitors can enjoy a central square, equipped with raised green areas and inviting benches for relaxation. The pedestrian area next to Rua de Santa Luzia was expanded, facilitating strolls and access to the space. For urban agriculture enthusiasts or those seeking a community experience, the garden includes a community garden. Children and families will also find an informal play area, with equipment that encourages spontaneous play, such as slides and swings. Complementing its recreational function, the garden incorporates a sustainable drainage system, with infiltration basins, which manages rainwater ecologically.
