Built in the late 19th century for wine export, being one of the first industrial units in the region.
Building with a central courtyard, turrets and different types of roofs. An industrial construction that stands out for its shapes and materials typical of the time.
Rehabilitated in 2017, it is now the headquarters of Casa da Arquitetura (House of Architecture), a space dedicated to exhibitions and cultural events.
In addition to the exhibitions, the space also includes the Matosinhos Jazz Orchestra and commercial areas.
The renovation project was awarded for its architectural and cultural significance.
