Located in the parish of Custóias, Leça do Balio and Guifões, in the municipality of Matosinhos, in the district of Porto.

The house was built between 1732 and 1736 by Dominguos Barbosa, canon of the Porto Cathedral, with the project by the Italian architect Nicolau Nasoni. It was conceived as a place of rest.
The house has a rectangular plan and a chapel in the northwest corner. The facade is balanced, highlighting a central turret with the arms of the Barbosa and Albuquerque families.
It has an elegant exterior staircase that leads to the main floor, where there are several windows and balconies made of granite stone.
The iron gate at the main entrance allows a magnificent view of the facade and the avenue that gives access to the gardens, complementing the Baroque style of the landscape.
