It is located in Quinta de São Félix de Picoutos, in Leça do Balio, Matosinhos.
Built in the late 17th or early 18th century, it was restored in 1980/81 and is considered municipal heritage.
The facade is simple, with pilasters and a bell tower. The portal is rectangular and has a tympanum on top.
The chapel has a single nave and an altar with a beautiful baroque altarpiece, decorated with columns and motifs of grapes and angels.
It includes granite tombs and a choir accessible by a staircase.
Despite being surrounded by urbanization, the chapel maintains a serene and historic atmosphere.
