Located in Pombeiro de Riba Vizela, Felgueiras, near the Monastery of Pombeiro, an important point on the Romanesque Route.
Built in the 16th century, the Manor House was erected on an old medieval tower. Over time, it has been renovated, preserving its connection to a noble family in the region.
The building is L-shaped, made of granite, and stands out for its battlements, gargoyles, and windows characteristic of the Manueline period. Outside, there are coats of arms that show the house's connection to the Melo family.
Monument of Public Interest since 2013, protected for its historical and cultural relevance.
Currently, the Manor House offers tourist accommodation with modern amenities, including a swimming pool, library, and vineyards that produce Vinho Verde, typical of the region.
Guests can enjoy walks through the vineyards, participate in the grape harvest, and hike to the Monastery of Pombeiro or the Roman bridge nearby.
