Renaissance style. It is a conventual cross in marble, with a Latin cross.

Sculptures

It presents two important representations:

, On one side, Christ Crucified.

, On the other side, the Pietà (representation of Mary with the body of Christ after the crucifixion).

Plinth

In the 20th century, the current plinth (base) was added, also in marble, consisting of a quadrangular pillar and capital.

The cross and the plinth are both made of marble, giving it an imposing aesthetic and remarkable durability.
