Hill overlooking Portalegre, accessible by car or on foot via a long staircase.
Simple Baroque-style chapel, built in the 17th century.
Built in 1620 on the site of an old hermitage. The current chapel was commissioned by João Zuzarte da Fonseca and passed to the Barefoot Augustinian Friars in 1675.
Viewpoint with panoramic views over the city and surrounding landscape. Annual pilgrimage in May that attracts many visitors.
Frescoes and ex-votos, highlighting the religious devotion of the site.
Needs improvements, but remains a place of interest for its view and cultural significance.
