Built in the late 16th century, possibly on the site of the town's first church; later rebuilt in the 17th century.
Combines Renaissance, Mannerist, Baroque, and Rococo elements.
Features the Renaissance portal and a large Baroque window above the entrance.
Single nave with a Rococo main altarpiece and decorated side altars.
An integral part of the former Convent of Espírito Santo, founded by the Discalced Carmelite friars.
Restored in 2001, currently used for religious purposes.
