Built in the 16th century and rebuilt in the 20th century, maintaining important historical elements described in ancient documents.

Features a marble column with a square base and three steps. The top has decorations with spheres and coats of arms, including the symbol of the Order of Avis.

It was a symbol of the judicial and administrative power of the town, used to administer justice.
