Located in Crato, in the district of Portalegre.
Built in the 18th century so that the prisoners of the old jail, located in front of it, could follow the masses through a large window.
Small and simple, with a large window that stands out on the facade. The altar is made of marble, with rich decorative elements, such as columns and geometric figures.
Covered in blue and white tiles. The vaulted ceiling still preserves some vestiges of old paintings.
Today, the chapel is part of the Crato Municipal Library.
