Located on top of a hill in Amieira do Tejo, in the municipality of Nisa, district of Portalegre.
Built in the 18th century by Pedro Vaz Caldeira Sequeira, and completed in 1740.
Baroque-style chapel with a cross-shaped plan, a single nave, and a stone altarpiece that imitates carving.
Facade with a portico and a central coat of arms, as well as windows with iron balconies. At the top, a cross stands out.
Includes vaults and side altars, with a richly worked altarpiece in the chancel.
