It is located in Unhos, in the parish of Camarate, Unhos e Apelação, in the municipality of Loures, Portugal.
Founded in medieval times, the church was rebuilt in 1668. It suffered damage during the 1755 earthquake, leading to a new facade, but preserving the Mannerist portals and the nave's vault.
The church has a rectangular plan, consisting of the nave and main chapel. The facade is divided into three parts, highlighting the main and side portals, as well as the windows that illuminate the interior.
The internal space has a single nave and features six side chapels, each with different depths and decorative styles from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries.
It is classified as a Monument of Public Interest, which highlights its historical and cultural importance.
