It is specifically situated in the Bairro dos Sete Castelos, in the São Miguel das Encostas area, and presents itself as an urban environment with a total area of over 8,400 square meters, offering a natural refuge within the urban fabric.

An Inclusive Concept

This garden was designed with an innovative vision of social convergence, based on promoting interaction between different generations and inclusion. Its landscape architecture was conceived to welcome the community broadly, offering activities and points of interest that appeal to different age groups, in a low-maintenance environment that integrates naturally into the surrounding landscape.

Diversity of Spaces

Jardim das Oliveiras offers a variety of areas for leisure and activity. It includes extensive seating areas and lawns that invite picnics and moments of relaxation, the result of the requalification of an old olive grove, which gave the space its name. For sports enthusiasts, there is an outdoor gym with facilities for functional training and other modalities. The garden also integrates an urban agriculture area, where a community vineyard and olive grove can be observed. Complementarily, there is a dog park dedicated to companion animals and a natural-concept playground, which makes use of pre-existing trees and recycled materials, such as wood and stone blocks, to create a playful and organic environment for children.
