This green space is integrated into the residential environment, providing a point of contact with nature at the heart of the community. Its boundaries are defined by Almirante Gago Coutinho Street and Adriano Correia de Oliveira Street, which facilitates access and integration into local daily life.
Spanning approximately four hectares, Parque das Rolas occupies the land of a former agricultural farm, revealing a valuable natural heritage. The space retains traces of its rural history through an olive grove and a eucalyptus forest that invite visitors for a walk and flora observation. It is also crossed by a small stream, whose banks shelter an interesting variety of riparian vegetation, a distinctive element in the urban context.
The park was designed for the enjoyment of its visitors, offering various areas for rest and fun. There are carefully arranged "seating areas," ideal for a moment of outdoor tranquility, for reading, or simply to appreciate the calm atmosphere. For the little ones, a playground provides a safe and inviting space to play, surrounded by a vast lawn area that encourages relaxation and leisure for families or friends.
