Situated in the Malafaia urbanization, in the heart of the village of Arruda dos Vinhos, Parque das Rotas is integrated into the Vale Encantado (Enchanted Valley) and borders the Rio Grande da Pipa. Its central location makes it an easily accessible point for those exploring the locality, offering a green environment in the midst of the urban area.

A Green Refuge in the Village

With an area of about 3.5 hectares, this park stands out for its natural richness, featuring around 300 tree and shrub species. The design of the space incorporates water features, creating refreshing environments and appealing visuals that invite contemplation and relaxation within nature.

Routes with History and Culture

The concept of Parque das Rotas is inspired by three fundamental pillars of regional identity: the Water Route, which evokes the importance of water resources; the Vineyard Route, celebrating the local winemaking tradition; and the Lines of Torres Route, in allusion to the historical legacy of the fortifications. These themes are explored to provide a deeper understanding of the region, and there has already been an exhibition space in the park dedicated to these narratives.
