A Space with a Concept:

La Marquise emerged as an extension of the Mobler decoration store. The intention was to create a place that was more than a simple point of sale, envisioning a space where different elements could coexist, such as contemporary objects, plants, and an area dedicated to bakery and pastry.

The project took advantage of the characteristics of an old warehouse, which was transformed to house this new proposition. The main objective was to offer an environment where people could not only discover interesting items but also spend some time in a relaxed manner.

Variety of Offerings:

Defining itself as a concept store, La Marquise brings together different offerings in the same place. For greenery enthusiasts, there is a carefully selected range of plants and flowers that decorate and can be purchased.

An important part of the space is dedicated to bakery and pastry. In collaboration with Isco bakery, confectionery products and natural sourdough bread are available. Additionally, visitors can find an exclusive line of tableware, created in partnership with A La Pata, and furniture and decor pieces aligned with Mobler's aesthetic, but with a more contemporary twist.

A Welcoming Atmosphere:

The architecture of the old warehouse gives La Marquise a spacious and airy atmosphere. The renovation aimed to maintain this sense of space, making the interior inviting for those who enter.

In addition to the main space, the venue features a small terrace at the back. This is a particularly pleasant spot, ideal for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle of the street. The versatility of the space also allows for occasional events, such as pop-ups or exhibitions, further enlivening the environment.
