In 1873, by the 2nd Duke of Loulé, D. Pedro José de Mendonça Rolim de Moura Barreto.
Created by the architect Luís Pedro d`Ávila, it is a chalet in the French style with a slate roof and five distinct pavilions.
Highlights include the original staircase, the veranda, and the tiles from the 1940s, manufactured by Sant`Anna de Lisboa.
It houses the Albatroz Inn, which became a hotel in 1983.
Classified as of Municipal Interest since 2006.
