After a period of closure in 2000, the building underwent a thorough recovery intervention. Reopened to the public in 2006, the Cine-Teatro maintains its legacy, but with the necessary modernizations to host the most diverse artistic manifestations of the present.
Currently, the Cine-Teatro of Sobral de Monte Agraço asserts itself as a versatile and dynamic cultural space. Its main hall, modernly equipped, has a capacity for 547 seats and features a stage with 66.5 square meters, ideal conditions for hosting a wide range of performances.
