Located on Avenida Almirante Reis, No. 2 to 2K, and Largo do Intendente Pina Manique, No. 1 to 6, in the parish of Arroios, Lisbon.
Built in 1908 with a project by the architect Arnaldo Redondo Adães Bermudes. It received the Valmor Prize that year.
The building has four floors and was originally designed to have a commercial function on the ground floor and residential on the upper floors.
The facades are decorated with neo-Baroque elements in the dome and Art Nouveau in the colorful tiles with peacocks and floral motifs, as well as wrought iron in sinuous shapes. The building's plan is longitudinal, ending in a semi-circular structure crowned by a voluminous dome.
Classified as a Property of Public Interest by decree No. 28/82, published on February 26, 1982.
In 2017, the building was converted into the 1908 Lisboa Hotel after extensive refurbishment works.
