The Chapel of Santa Marta, also known as the Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Conceição (Our Lady of the Conception), is located in the parish of Melo and Nabais, in the municipality of Gouveia, Guarda district, Portugal.
It was recognized as a Property of Public Interest in 1938.
The chapel was built between the mid-16th and early 17th centuries, following the Mannerist style.
It is a small chapel with a rectangular plan and a single nave.
, Design: It features a triangular pediment with a central oculus.
, Portal: The portal has a perfect arch with an archivolt, flanked by two decorative pilasters.
, Decoration: The pilasters have robust bases and are under a frieze with reliefs of grotesque themes.
, Sculpture: Above the frieze, there is a curved pediment with a central niche that houses a sculpture of Saint Paul.
It has a portal similar to the one on the main facade.
