- Profane theme, highlighting the erudition and sensuality of the time, with emphasis on the celebration of the conquest of Tunis in 1535.
- Considered one of the most important decorative ensembles in the country, due to its artistic quality and grandeur.
- Historical and cultural relevance as a prominent manor house and for having hosted important figures throughout the centuries.
