Location

- Redondo, Évora, approximately 200 meters northwest of Monte das Tesouras.

Description

- Megalithic monument dating from 3500, 2000 BC.

- Polygonal chamber with seven granite pillars, 1.50 meters high and 2.80 meters in diameter.

- Corridor with 2.70 meters in length and 1.01 meters in height.

- Covered by a large fragmented slab.

History and Classification

- Identified in 1879 and described by several archaeologists until 1949.

- Classified as a national monument since 1910.
