The World of Wine

Wine production is one of the central activities at Monte da Ravasqueira. Its various vineyards were carefully planted following the concept of terroir, taking advantage of the ideal geological and climatic conditions of Alentejo. Since 1998, in-depth studies have been carried out to select the most suitable grape varieties and the best planting locations. The winery, built at the same time, incorporates advanced technology while maintaining the traditional Alentejo architectural style on the exterior, combining innovation with respect for local identity.

The Equestrian Heritage

One of the most notable elements of the property is its Private Carriage Museum. Considered one of the largest and richest in Europe, this museum displays a diverse collection of carriages from different eras and styles. Its existence underscores Monte da Ravasqueira's strong connection to equestrian culture and the breeding of Lusitano Horses, a tradition deeply rooted in the region.
