The Municipal Garden is located in the heart of the village of Redondo, occupying a central position within its urban fabric. Its location facilitates access for those walking through the village streets, offering a point of reference and an invitation to rest in the center of village life.

A Haven of Natural Serenity

This green space is distinguished by its plant diversity, featuring an abundance of plants that fill the environment with varied colors, textures, and aromas. Under the protective shade of robust trees, the garden invites moments of calm, where the murmur of the fountain's water contributes to a tranquil atmosphere. Echoes of the Past in Every Detail

Conceived in the 1940s, the Redondo Municipal Garden preserves the charm and memory of past eras. In the center, a bandstand stands out, a classic architectural element that evokes the traditions and social gatherings of yesteryear. Later, in the 1970s, the garden welcomed a unique marble fountain, originally located in Praça da República. This fountain, crowned by the image of the goddess Fortuna, was carefully relocated to a corner of the garden, giving it a more intimate character and adding a note of history and symbolism to the space.
