- Quadrangular pulpit with fluted basin in stonework.
- Chancel with gilded carved altarpiece and national style decoration.
- Presence of polychrome tiles from the 17th century and mural paintings.
- Quadrangular structure with two to three floors and arcades on the ground floor.
- In the center, a contemporary-designed fountain.
- Various community spaces, such as the Chapter Room and the Rota Room, surround the cloister.
- Currently, it is the Pousada D. João IV, with 36 rooms.
- Rooms retain historical features, such as the bars that separated the nuns from visitors.
- Some areas have been converted: bar in the old kitchen, TV room in the old hand-kissing room, and meeting room in the old Chapter Room.
- Austere decoration, but with two luxury suites and some themed rooms.
- The church and cloisters have been classified as a national monument since 1944.
- Convent was one of the most prosperous in the country due to numerous donations.
