Visitor safety is ensured by a first aid post. This space also integrates the Color ADD project, which applies a color identification system for visitors with color blindness on the site's flags.

Peneda River Beach is considered the oldest in the municipality of Góis, with a history spanning over twenty years. Its privileged location offers views of the historic Ponte Real de Góis (Royal Bridge of Góis), a stone architectural structure that rises above the river.
