Praia do Teimoso is located in the urban front of the locality of Vais, south of Figueira da Foz, at the foot of Serra da Boa Viagem. It is situated in a discreet cove, where the sandy area extends along cliffs and rocky slabs, offering a less explored coastal stretch.
The scenery combines slopes covered with coastal vegetation and stone staircases that lead to the sandy beach, giving it an almost wild aspect close to the urban agglomeration of Figueira da Foz.
