Laje do Costado Beach is located on the coast of Figueira da Foz, in the locality of Quiaios, within an area with striking natural characteristics. To the north, the landscape is dominated by an impressive rock formation: a vast slab that extends for almost two hundred meters from the base of the cliff to the sea. During low tide periods, it is possible to observe rock pools of water retained between the rocks, creating small temporary ecosystems and adding interest to the exploration of the sandy area.
