- Located in the village and parish of Azinhoso, municipality of Mogadouro, district of Bragança, Portugal.
- Possibly built in the 13th century, during a transitional phase between the Romanesque and Gothic styles.
- Initiative of the Templars of Penas Roias, a neighboring village.
- Recognized as a Property of Public Interest by Decree No. 44,675, published in DG No. 258 of November 9, 1962.
- Main facade with a pointed arch portal, ornamented with phytomorphic motifs in relief.
- Cruciform opening above the portal, replacing the rose window in the 18th century.
- Impressive gable, resembling an altarpiece, ends with a bell tower with three arches.
- The south elevation has a pointed arch door with a toothed frame and small rosettes.
- The north elevation features columns and bases that possibly supported a porch.
- Interior with a single nave and wooden roof, a wooden upper choir.
- Baptismal font and arcosolium with the tomb of Luís Eanes de Madureira, Vicar General of D. Fernando Archbishop of Braga.
- Granite pulpit with inscription and simple altars on the sides.
- Chancel with a barrel vault and altarpiece dating from the 17th century.
- Sacristy on the Epistle side with an ancient structure and a painting of the "Adoration of the Magi" from the early 17th century.
