The Argozelo Mines Interpretive Center is located in Cortinha do Calvário, in the locality of Argozelo. This area is part of the "Mining Zone" (Zona das Minas), in the municipality of Vimioso. This space was designed to preserve and disseminate the history of the exploration of minerals such as tin and tungsten, which took place significantly in the Argozelo mines throughout the 20th century.
