The Menhir of São Paio de Antas is located in the parish of Antas, in the municipality of Esposende, in the district of Braga, in Portugal.
It is a megalithic monument of the menhir type, considered an important historical landmark in the region.
The Menhir of São Paio de Antas is classified as a Property of Public Interest since 1992, which means it is protected and preserved by the authorities.
It is believed that the menhir was erected between the years 3000 BC and 2000 BC, making it about 4000 to 5000 years old.
Made of granite, the menhir has a phallic shape and a slight inclination to the south. Its height is approximately 1.65 meters.
In addition to the Menhir of São Paio de Antas, the municipality of Esposende also houses two other menhirs in different parishes, namely São Bartolomeu do Mar and Forjães.
