The Miradouro do Rio Guadiana is located in the Além-Rio region, in the municipality of Mértola, Beja district. Its position offers a privileged perspective over the Rio Guadiana, one of the most important watercourses in southern Iberian Peninsula, which winds gently through the Alentejo landscape.
