The building features a sober and functional architectural design, developed on a single floor and occupying a gross construction area of approximately 210 square meters. Its design was conceived to suit its purpose, prioritizing the serenity of the space.

Inside, the layout includes a lobby, two rooms dedicated to wakes, a support pantry, sanitary facilities, a room reserved for the priest, and a storage area. This organization allows for a discreet and respectful flow for all who visit the location.

The designation "Casa Mortuária Park" encompasses the exterior area, where the word "Park" specifically refers to the area designated for vehicle parking. This private area has the capacity to accommodate about 20 vehicles, contributing to the site's accessibility.
