Situated in the heart of the Village of São Sebastião, on Terceira Island, Azores, the Francisco Ferreira Drummond House Museum is located in a central urban area. The museum occupies the house where Francisco Ferreira Drummond (1796-1858), a notable figure in Azorean historiography, lived and died.
