The Delfim Guimarães Park was opened on July 27, 1937, by President Óscar Carmona, in honor of the poet Delfim de Guimarães.
It has about 1 hectare, with a pergola and lots of vegetation, offering a pleasant environment to relax.
In 1996/97 and 2009, the park was updated with new pavements, an automated irrigation system and an improved playground.
The 1,300 m² area includes slides, swings and adapted games, accessible by a ramp.
