This building is a rare example of Art Nouveau in Lisbon, notable for its decorative details such as the tile frieze and the use of wrought iron on the balconies and railings.
It has three floors, with iron windows and balconies, and a curved top that catches the eye. The side gate, also made of iron, shows influences of Belgian Art Nouveau.
Built in 1907, it was once a Property of Public Interest. Currently, it is undergoing restoration work after having lost its original interior.
It is located on Avenida da República, in an urban area of Lisbon.
