Located in Avenidas Novas, in Lisbon, at the intersection with Avenida do Duque de Ávila.
Early 1920s.
Eclectic with neoclassical influences. The facade is symmetrical, with ornamental elements such as balustrades and pilasters.
The main facade is highlighted by a central portal with a round arch and a balcony with a balustrade. It also includes arched windows and pilasters that frame the building.
The building underwent modifications that included the addition of glazed floors, which altered its original appearance and its integration into the urban environment.
Originally classified as a Property of Public Interest, but the classification was removed in 2015 due to significant changes that compromised the building's heritage and aesthetic value.
