Strategically positioned alongside National Road 328, which connects Sever do Vouga and Vale de Cambra, it is situated on the right side of the road for those travelling towards São Pedro de Castelões. This location offers a unique setting, characterized by its proximity to the main road and its openness to the surrounding landscape.

The Fountain and its Character

Fonte do Côvo is a modest-sized construction, displaying the date of 1953, which marks its year of construction or a significant intervention. At its rear, it has two tanks for collecting the water, which flows continuously. Locally, the water flowing from this fountain is known for its good quality, inviting a moment of refreshment.
