The University Center Faith and Culture, also known as CUFC, is located in the city of Aveiro, more precisely in the urban area of São Tiago. An Origin in Dialogue

The history of CUFC began in 1987, when it was conceived by the Diocese of Aveiro. Its creation arose from the need to establish a meeting and reflection point where the dimension of faith could interact with the academic world and contemporary culture. Although it had an initial phase in another location, the vision of its own building materialized with the inauguration of its current headquarters in May 1990. This journey demonstrates the Center's commitment to being a beacon of thought and conviviality, both for the student community and for society in general.

CUFC is a place that distinguishes itself by its mission to promote encounter and exchange between diverse perspectives.
